As well as being an effective pain-reliever and anti-inflammatory, the herbs also help relax babies, help promote restful, peaceful sleep, and help to alleviate any fever that may be present. The Rescue Remedy that is added is helpful for babies who are inconsolable and who are so upset that nothing seems to help. It brings them back from the edge so that they can relax enough to allow the herbs to help them. Weary parents find this combination helpful for their frayed nerves as well. (Our herbalist Pam keeps a bottle of this in her purse as it effectively helps to reduce stress without causing any sleepiness.
Ingredients
100% organic Catnip, Chamomile, Passionflower, Rose & Lavender blossom, with Rescue Remedy flower essence blend. The herbs are extracted in organic vegetable glycerine and distilled water. All Herb Lore tinctures are non-GMO and are gluten-free.
Suggested use
Babies, Toddlers, and Children:Several droppersful of the tincture can be put on the corner of a small, clean washcloth and frozen, to give baby something cold and hard to suck or chew on to alleviate their pain.
If given orally to the baby, do not allow baby to suck on the glass dropper tube.
Adults: Use 1-2 droppersful (squeezes) as desired.
